Connected support for kids, caregivers, and educators
Our Services
Therapy
Jasmin provides therapy to children, teens, and young adults. She particularly enjoys working with children and their families to support:
anxiety
social skills
self-esteem
identity
transitions
change, both developmental and environmental
depression
behavior challenges
neurodiversity
In addition to supporting teens and young adults with the above, she creates a safe space for people of color who live or work in predominantly white spaces and who are first generation college goers and graduates.
Jasmin incorporates play with all of her clients and takes on a collaborative, solution-focused approach to help families and individuals reach their goals. She does not accept insurance at this time.
Parent Coaching
Parenting is intensely hard work. It can feel overwhelming and lonely at times. You do not have to go it alone.
Throughout your parenting journey, you may encounter challenges with your children that seem to take the family off course and interfere with the flow of daily life. Through parent coaching sessions, you will articulate your goals and the challenges you are facing with your child(ren). We will work through evidence-based strategies to help you meet your family’s needs.
Parent coaching is not therapy. We will use tools and strategies to move forward and achieve clear goals.
Some examples of topics we may explore together:
Helping your child with executive functioning challenges
Addressing “problem” behavior and discipline
Preparing for and coping with the arrival of a new sibling
Navigating learning differences and in-school support
Devising agreements and protocols around technology and screen time
Working through tantrums and emotional dysregulation at any age
Support for Educators
As a former special education classroom teacher and Director of Learning Services, Bri has tremendous respect and admiration for the impact school environments and teachers have on children. Bri welcomes the opportunity to partner with educators via the following offerings:
classroom observations
professional development sessions
the creation of systems and structures for documentation, communication, and data management
